Welcome to Graffiti Softwerks End User License Agreement.

This Agreement governs your access and use of our products, content and services offered by Graffiti Softwerks, such as game software and related updates, upgrades and features, and all online and mobile services, platforms, websites, and live events hosted by or associated with Graffiti Softwerks (collectively "Graffiti Softwerks Services"). By using this app you agree to the terms of this agreement.This Agreement is between you and us, Graffiti Softwerks.Our software is Intellectual property of Graffiti Softwerks Canada. You are a licensee of our product(s). You are granted a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited right to install and use on a mobile device strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement, and any service agreement associated with your mobile phone or gaming device, (collectively, "Related Agreements").

Use Restrictions:

You Shall Not:(a) de-compile, reverse-engineer, decode, decypher, decrypt or attempt to derive the source code of the application. (b) Attempt to remove, alter or obscure copyright notices or trademarks. (c) Use this app for any revenue generating endeavour, commercial enterprise or any other purpose that this app was not designed or intended to.

Parents:

We want your child to have a safe place to play and explore, every attempt has been made to ensure our games meet our standards of quality and safety, but the ultimate responsibility lies with you to ensure they are safe while immersed in a game. Know what games they are playing, see that they are enjoying themselves and are not experiencing any distress over a game. Children may become disoriented or un-aware of their surroundings while emersed in a XR experience and may cause injury to themselves or others, please make sure they are aware of their surroundings at all times and to play safely. If your child experiences dizziness or appears to be in distress while using an game/app stop its' use.
